My "normal" service. Assumes the house is in or around the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, ready to shoot, and the end product is to be used to advertise the house for rent or sale. Other locations, staging, and end product use may require additional fees.

Aerial Photography
Again, Pricing varies based on what you need photographed. Contact me for a quote. In general, the base price for shooting a subject in Pigeon Forge from a helicopter will around $400, but the pricing will be very dependent on the cost of the helicopter rental.
